How does the platform work?
Users have their own individual accounts, which can be part of various networks (both open and private). Networks can also be the team’s own or include the entire organisation.
In the platform, users gain access to a social network and the different pathways and course materials available according to the subscription they pay for. The platform allows users to track their plans and progress, plan Walk & Talk meetings, and communicate with others. It supports microlearning, a social context, and the implementation of what is learned in daily work.
The platform supports individuals and teams in easily taking knowledge with them and implementing what they learn in everyday life in a healthy and sustainable way.
What is the course content based on?
All course content is carefully developed with the support of current research and established methods. Our courses are based on evidence-based principles in areas such as behavioural science, psychology, and team development.
This includes methods for good health, MI (Motivational Interviewing), SoC (Sense of Coherence), IMGD, Goal Matrix, and psychological safety.
We collaborate with experts to ensure that the material is not only relevant and practical but also of high quality and aligned with the latest scientific developments and business needs. Additionally, our methods are continuously evaluated to ensure they deliver results for both individuals and organisations.
How is the course content updated?
Our courses are continuously updated, with new material being added regularly to support modern, sustainable, and high-performing organisations and individuals.
How does Walking Talking differ from traditional online training?
The platform is designed to support healthy habits in an educational way, guiding users through knowledge paths via social microlearning. This means that, as an individual, you not only absorb knowledge through course material but also share knowledge with others in Walk and Talk sessions. This increases knowledge exchange, communication, and collaboration within the organisation, while individuals develop their skills and grow in their professional roles.
We know that simply sending leaders on a course and expecting change to happen doesn’t work. Real change occurs when a team shares information, collaborates, and aligns towards a common goal.
Therefore, our platform focuses on microlearning that users can easily absorb in short sessions during a regular workday, making it simple to implement in daily work.
What does it cost?
The platform is available in four pricing tiers:
Free – Basic features are available for everyone to network and connect with others for walks and conversations.
Advanced and new features, training packages, statistics, and network support are only available in the Pro, Team, and Organisation subscriptions.
Pro – 4788 SEK per user/year
Team – 47,880 SEK per team/year

What is the expected time investment?
Individuals will spend on average 30 minutes per week on learning, reflection and planning. Group sessions that are included in various pathways are beneficial to plan in addition to this. However, depending on where you are as a team, the time necessary to spend together can take both more or less time.
The platform is designed to support microlearning, allowing individuals to engage in short but effective learning sessions whilst interacting with the app. Exercises and any assignments are structured in a way that they can be applied to daily work.
How adaptable is the platform for different teams and individual needs?
You can access all content as an individual or as part of a team for enhanced collaboration.
All course content is designed to be flexible for both individual needs and team requirements. Depending on the subscription the user has, they gain access to their own tailored learning path, which can include both team activities and individual learning.
Users can choose which courses or paths they want to start based on their needs, personal goals, or if they have been assigned courses/paths by their organisation.
What type of training is offered to use the app effectively?
All individuals are provided with a comprehensive onboarding process to help them get acquainted with the platform. This includes step-by-step guides, tailored training, a detailed FAQ section, and dedicated support to ensure a smooth and efficient start.
For teams and organisations, we offer a customised onboarding package – developed through experience – designed to deliver optimal results as quickly as possible. This can be scaled from a single team to the entire organisation.
What are the technical specifications of the platform?
The platform is available for Android, iOS, and directly on the web.
What learning resources and tools are included to support both learning and collaboration?
The platform is designed to support micro and social learning, where individuals access information and training in an easily accessible and flexible manner directly within the app or web environment. With email reminders, push notifications, and integrated structured plans to effectively reach their goals.
The app supports social collaboration by connecting individuals and teams in a social network where they can communicate, plan, and support each other.

Does the platform offer any form of social interactivity or community for participants?
Yes, the platform is built for social interactivity. Everyone has access to the open network, and depending on the subscription, individuals also have access to private team networks where they can interact and track the progress of other members for motivation and engagement.
The open network is available to everyone and provides companies with the opportunity to create social impact within the community.
There are also additional options to create custom networks (open and private) based on specific needs.
How is progress measured and tracked in the platform?
Depending on the subscription level, individuals, leaders, and organisation owners have access to different levels of statistics and the ability to track their own or their team’s progress.
The platform tracks, among other things, individual course success, step count, one-on-one or team sessions completed, a team’s connection score, and much more. We provide detailed statistics and recommendations based on how users in a team are working together and how this can be improved.
Walking Talking can also conduct GDQs for teams that measure the team development stage development.
Is it possible to create certificates or diplomas for completed courses?
Yes, users can receive certificates for each pathway or course they complete on the platform.
