Practical tips and tricks for making walking meetings successful and effective. Gain templates and guidance on how to work and collaborate while walking – in a few simple steps designed to improve interpersonal communication.
Leadership Defined
Modul 4 – Leadership Defined
We define different aspects of leadership and self-leadership to clarify roles, expectations, and research-backed tools for development. You’ll get practical tips on and training in becoming a better listener and managing challenges.
Workshops
Modul 5 – Workshops
Learn what defines a workshop and why it matters. Understand how to plan a workshop and what to consider before, during, and after. Includes an introduction to what it means to be a facilitator in meetings.
Communication
Modul 6 – Communication
Everyone has their own communication style. This module offers a shared foundation by teaching the basics of communication and how to ensure your message and meaning are understood. Includes examples of neutral and fair communication styles, how to solve problems together, and tips for handling difficult conversations.
High-Performing Teams
Modul 7 – High-Performing Teams
This lesson explores leading research on team development, the Integrated Model of Group Development (IMGD), and the Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ). We explain why understanding team development is essential and how you can apply this knowledge to become more effective, productive, and ultimately feel better.

This lesson covers why one-on-one meetings are important, along with the process and key considerations to make them meaningful and effective.
