About us

We are here to help people create sustainable habits both in and outside work

Two person's shadows on the ground as they walk outside for engagement at work

One step at a time towards happier people

Joy and commitment at work is important. People who walk regularly, work effectively together, feel psychologically safe and have clarity and purpose in their roles will not only be more productive and efficient. They also become happier and can handle stress in a better way. Workers who are more engaged in their jobs and colleagues work better and smarter. In fact, a happy employee is good for everyone: their psychological and physical well-being is enhanced, they are more present and interact better with people.

Investing in employee wellbeing leads to increased resilience, better employee engagement, reduced sickness absence and higher performance and productivity.

Co-Founder & CEO

When we founded Walking Talking, the founding team had all through experience identified the same problem around stress, sedentary lifestyles and isolation.
We quickly realised how we could efficiently counteract this by bringing people together for walk & talks.

Walking Talking was born from that simple idea and has grown to a platform that keeps people productive, sustainable and happy – both in and outside work.

Organizations, managers and employees suffer due to insufficient support and lack of ability to develop high-functioning teams in a sustainable way.

This leads to unnecessary stress, communication failure and disengagement. People stop trying, quit their jobs or burn out.

The cost of lost productivity correlated with poor engagement and unhealthy stress is significant. There is a huge untapped potential to tap into.

We want to ensure that businesses have the tools they need to make healthier choices sustainable, without the loss of productivity and time.

For the success and well-being of their employees and operations.
